HISTORY OF OUR FIRM
BryanMark Financial Group was founded as an independent financial services company in 2004 by the company’s president, Jason Hackmann. BryanMark began operations in Saint Louis, Missouri and maintains its headquarters there.
In addition to the Saint Louis metropolitan area, BryanMark has clients and advisor relationships throughout the Midwest. In 2006, BryanMark Financial Group became a member of the M Financial Group, a network of 127 of the nation’s most successful independently owned financial services firms.
In 2007, BryanMark opened its second office in Kansas City, MO and hired H. Joseph Price, Jr., former Partner of Spencer, Fane, Britt & Brown, LLP to expand our presence and cultivate relationships in the Kansas City area.
In 2008 BryanMark Financial Group was recognized as The Fastest Growing Company in St. Louis for 2008 by the Saint Louis Business Journal.
In February, 2009 BryanMark made the key addition of John Scully, a former AIG executive and NFL Lineman for the Atlanta Falcons, to initiate the firm’s expansion into the Chicago area.
2004:

2006:
- BryanMark Financial Group became a member of the prestigious M Financial Group.
2007:
- BryanMark opened its second office in Kansas City, MO.
2008:
- BryanMark recognized as the St. Louis Business Journal’s fastest growing company in 2008
2009:
- BryanMark adds John Scully, a former AIG executive and NFL Lineman for the Atlanta Falcons, to initiate the firm’s expansion into the Chicago area.
