Chris is the point of contact for all underwriting issues. He is responsible for developing case medical and financial histories (risk assessment) and for packaging and presenting cases to insurance companies. Further, Chris oversees the "negotiating" of all underwriting offers, and the management of all reinsurance issues, along with constantly working to build stronger relationships with the underwriting staff of each insurance company. Prior to joining BryanMark Financial Group, Chris spent 15 years in one of the top independent life insurance distributors in the country. He has an extensive medical and financial underwriting background, and utilizes this experience to ensure the best available offers are obtained for all BryanMark Financial Group clients. Additionally, Chris has consulted with several insurance companies regarding underwriting standards, product design, and distribution challenges and maintains a deep network throughout the independent life insurance community.
